I saw this drawing in Mik's folder and I couln't help it...I had to color it >.< I love this drawing and she's being too lazy right now Β¬_Β¬ (?)I don't know if I'm satisfied with the result...but I wanted to finish it...later I'll fix some mistakes, but by now It's done

Flippy looks so much like Prussia ( in Hetalia ) so I just can't picture Fliqpy/Flippy being himself without looking like Prussia XP

acording to the creater and animators that was the plan but they made a last minute dision to change do to lack of female charcters so do to the suden change they just put eyelashes on her therwe two vids on youtube one is behinde the screams i can't remember the other but it should help better answer you question

Flaky was always a girl. Always. The creators have confirmed it countless times. And her feminine movements and screams clearly suggested that she was a girl.
The only mistake was the "no-eyelashes" part, but the creators wanted to make a different girl.
