Ive just been saying a mutant, You know how the show has many humanoid looking creatures but are off my just a smidge? Like the Marauders for say? Most of them just tend to be background characters anyways. Well Pen classifies them as Mutants, so thats what im doing with Jasper. As it stands there is nothing special about them and are pretty much like humans excepts for his special reproductive stuff and blue skin that might also be hair. *shrug* I didnt want to focus to much on it compared to someone like Chatter Man where its part of the fun behind him ))

Yeah XD he is a tooth fairy who got tired of teeth and went on to collect more stuff, only wears a mask to take the role of the monster he is and not disturb people with a beautiful man asking for body parts XD
