So I was messing around with the brushes and generally trying to teach myself to paint in PS and this is what came out.Sorry if this is giant, my computer's resolution is really weird.

Somehow, someway, this reminds of Lucky Star, except it's a polar opposite of the attitude of that show. (It's so cute it's fucking scary, I swear to Christ. The show I mean. That's what prevents me from watching a full episode. That and the fact it makes no sense.)
But this is very cute in a way of it's own. The lips kind of beat Lucky Star. All pouty-like and cute. She looks like she needs a hug though. D:

Haha, I watched the first five minutes of Lucky Star and all I could think was "WTF". I never could get into it. Cute style/theme, though.
PS is amazing. I'd suggest checking out tutorials and playing with the different methods and tools that other artists use. I learned all my fave techniques that way :>

Ugh, either it's bad subbing, or it just doesn't make any sense. I suspect more of the latter. The opening is all I can stand, then it's like 'CHRIST, CLOSE THE TAB'. Yeah, it's cute, so's the opening and dance. After that, it gets annoying.
I've looked at many tutorials, but my tablet has been taken from me. ;^; I can't try any cool new ideas or techniques out right now... It is very fun though. : D (When I wasn't grounded and I had my tablet, it was soo much fun. *_*)

Haha being grounded. That happened to me once. My mum's tried to take my stuff from me too. I told her the next time she tries it I'm slashing her tires (and I mean it), lol. BE ASSERTIVE. Or, you know, continue the delinquency that got you grounded and steal that tablet back, stifling someone's creative side just ain't right! 8>
(It's rarely a good idea to take my advice btw, lolll )
