He's lived in many different locations throughout the course of his life, primarily in Central Europe and Southern Asia. He has a very sharp memory and is able to recall much of his life. Though his survival relies on the deaths of others, and his occupation as a barber-surgeons gives him ready access to victims, he does genuinely attempt to fix the majority of his patients out of genuine compassion and repentance. Through use of a disguise illusion, he is able to keep his status as a demon hidden from most. Though he can come across as rather arrogant and vain, much of it is a front, and beyond that he's charming and kind. He has a deep, unspoken desire to be a father, and has a nurturing side that would perfectly suit paternity.
