hmm... How old IS XL actually? Well... Buzz didn't know anything about the 'XL' project... Buzz is about 40 years old and he's a ranger about 20 years now... So XL must be over 20 years old! What do you guys think?XR and XL belong to Disney/Pixar

Well, yes, by our time he'd be 9.
But in the show...if time passes at all, it's usually one season = a year in the seires. I'm pretty sure it had two seasons, which would make XR (as you said) 2-years-old.
