There's too much head, which takes the focus away from where it needs to be. I'd recrop, leaving the eye in the same horizontal position, but including nothing higher than a tiny area of skin above the eyebrow.

I thought so too, it's just the more I cropped the more irritated with it I became... x.x I just don't like the picture all that much anyway, but I'll try the tip! ^^
