entry for Cybertronians 's Winter Holiday Contest!

okay i wrote a really great long-winded description for this but it disappeared??? idk why??? and i'm feeling too lazy to rewrite the whole thing ;;u;;

i do want to say that i did this not only as a contest entry but also as a redraw (kinda) of this
i almost want to make this a tradition, where each year i draw another tfp chara wrapped up in lights
some are happy, some are indifferent, and some are ratchet

i also want to say that i'm going to try to draw canon characters more. i realized while doing this i kinda miss it-- these are my tfp children and i have neglected them
also i don't feel like i have the right to say dreadwing is my favorite con and i never even drew him. it's bugging at my soul

and drawing this also made me realize how much i love bulkhead. like. i love him so much
he's just a sweet adorable cinnamon roll who also happens to be able to kill someone with one punch
whoops. still cute to me

also can we acknowledge just how much he looks like a christmas tree
i mean
he's perfect

anyway this is still pretty long-winded, so... if you've read this far, 1) i'm impressed and 2) thank you
