Sorry, but I have my doubts this shots is not digitally altered... There's no way you can take a shot with the sun in front of you and the seagulls get that kind of light... Would you care to explain the process to produce such a photo??? So sorry for the doubts expressed but I have taken my share of sun shots and and the subjects between the sun and the camera are always black... Please, be frank...

I noticed that you have a same cam as mine.Its not really easy to take this shot.I was waiting for three hours,standing on the reef all alone,you know my hands were almost like frozen under -10 degrees celcius environment.This shot was taken around 4.10 p.m,and that moment the sun wasn`t really that extremely bright at all,especially around the beach.That`s all.All I can say I was really lucky to get this kind of shot,cos the weather was really absolutely nice that day.

the great detail is really incredible. it would be nice to get such a well composed, exposed shot of birds at sunset. definitely a difficult shot to get.
