This is not my eye, by no means.
This is just a simple charcoal drawing that I had to do for my drawing class. At first I had planned on doing a hand drawing, however, my teacher said no, so I had to think of something else... and ever since I saw an eye tutorial on here, I have really been into drawing the eye, and perfecting it. So, I googled a picture of an eye, grayscaled it... and created this. Copyrights Reserved (C) to the photographer of this eye (sorry I can't find it on Google)

Apparently, everybody has liked this piece... and I even won an award for it (go figure), it has been all over CT and I don't even know why. Personally, I hate it. Everything about it is so... wrong. But I figure, if everyone I know loved it, something must be good about it... right?

So when I saw the News Post for the Eye Drawing Contest [link] I jumped at the chance to submit this... and well, see where I get with it on here.
