Just cause I've always wondered, do you make these pixel animation things on flash or a different program?

I actually make mine in Adobe ImageReady....
You make your different layers (each one altered slightly), make each layer into a slide for the animation, fix things here, tinker things there, and the VOILA you have an animation...
