The Vaulters are one of Endless Legend's eight playable factions.
The true origin of the Vaulters is lost even to themselves. Their history, as they teach it to their children, begins within a great, metal habitat lodged beneath the surface of Auriga. Naturally conservative and wary, the Vaulters have limited relationships with the other peoples of Auriga.

I guess the hair suggests a she.. But when I look at the face it isn't that feminine to me... and now I feel awful.Β Β

It's a bit ambigious, but I think it's a she. Vaulter men tend to have beards the most time, going with their futuristic viking/dwarf aestetic. She also has noticable breasts (yes, I know how this sounds, but still), or maybe she just wears thick clothing.
Then considering that Vaulters are a pretty matriarchic bunch, and that it is a hero, thus high in their military, it only adds more to her beimg a, well, she.
