I like that the street is empty. This piece speaks to me of self-sufficiency and reliance. and relations with other people. little snatches of thought drift through my mind
-can't find a man? a robot will do
-heck, robots can do things better
-we go around every day so dependent on technology
-hey, wait. yes this is cold metal, but think of the intentions of the inventor
-the street is empty
-where are all the people?
-she is protected from the natural elements by the sureness and safety of a machine specially crafted for her
.... I just find this very interesting
It was a lovely, unique idea.
And of course the technical execution was excellent! This looks amazing. I love the water in the street, and the reflections. everything is very well done. there is a nice arrangement of colour as well. the human looks warm and red, while all else is cold and blue/grey. yet the face of the machine reflects the light, and glows as well, looking slightly warming and caring/subservient.
basically: nice job! I like it : )

Pretty picture.
I always feel the need to try to give constructive criticism, and all i can think of for this picture is that maybe everything looks too perfect...maybe if the railing had some chipped paint or the ground had some dirt on it.
But definitely an awesome picture!

In fact i wanted the street to be cold and also "clean", i don't wanted it to be full of "human activities" like paint or dirt. I think the background have to stay impersonal and cold.

Is this painting implying that 'gentleman' is a fancier term for 'robot'? D:

Nice work-it's hard to get that picture quality from 3d without looking awkward (which this succeeded in not doing). It's a nice concept and a very lovely job.

The image just makes your eyes flip over it again and again. I think its the strong contrast between dark on one side and more warm on the other

The concept is great Nevertheless, if you want some critique, it looks too artificial for my taste (e.g. the woman's cloak and face) and the overall lighting seems a bit weird. I'm not sure if you aimed for 100% realistic look though. Well done anyway
