Description
I have done this picture for illustrate the sentence "We bring to you what you need".I have used 3ds max and Photoshop for a little bit of compositing.

I really like the 3-D/CG look to it. For some reason, the robot kinda' reminds me of the ones from Batteries Not Included.

Beautiful!! The effect you did for the rain on the street is breath taking. The light behind the woman gives a warm feel, the contrast adding more to the cool colors. I love the picture!!

I have some questions
Did you use GI simulation or is this scanline render? Is the female character rigged or is it modelled in that pose?
Did you model the folding clothes or is it a cloth simulation?

When i have done this piece i wasn't know how work all this things so I've modelled the character in that pose and there is not cloth simulation. There is a little bit of GI but only for the ambient light (blue), i've rendered the rest of the light separately.

I don't really remember, it's an old work, but i think it's about 20 hours.

Maybe it's just me, but the blue stripes (I don't know what to call them) almost make it look like the robot is grinning all helpful like~. Good job and congrats on the DD~
