So quick story, since the Queri Corrupto was looking for basically don't exist and he can't find him. So it clicked to him that the Queri that Auto is with, could be his Queri all along. Eventually led him to think that they just tampered his memories and made him forget what they had together.

But things wasn't made easier when Queri resist and Cor just have to do it the hard way

Could be a bad turn of events of this
