WOO gave another shot at designing Exie ! this is the 4th draft and its subject to change in the future again buuut im very happy ab this and i like this a lot more than the older revisions : D sooo maybe were taking a step in the right path !

for records sake ill jot down my design notes here, even if it probably doesnt make sense if you dont know the characters that well (ABSOLUTELY NOT your fault im very bad at providing context BWAHAHAH)
design notes:
- ok so i actually love his hair rn, i had Genesis (their adoptive sibling) in mind when messing around w the hair shapes. as much as i liked the sheep shape it used to have it was too blobbed up and i struggled staying consistent drawing it. also this makes more sense because Genesis' hair resembles tentacles, and i wanted Exo to get that too to share smth w his sibling and also it makes a lot of sense (sea monster relations and shit)
- i had to change up his hair sm bc i had to diffrentiate his silhouette from Felix's, whos also a dude with short hair and the same texture + hair type. which was really a challenge at first but i think i nailed it w this one !
- i finally know how to draw his eye worm in a way that i can remember so ill keep that
- i had to try to keep his facjal scars simple (becahse its gonna be a freaking comic) while communicating just enough at the same time and i think this is good enough. ill def draw his injuries more in detail if i draw him in more rendered art BUT LIKE yeah i like drawing it this way na, its easy to remember
