Vishal-Gupta's Vista Black, adapted for Windows 7. Based on top of W7 Milestone 2 by Marda/redluigi33.
It is recommended to set the window caption button size to 21 (19 default).
To get the Start button alignment pictured, enable "Align to corner of the screen" in Open Shell.
