The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy "The Guide" Wallpaper (iPad)
Photoshop / 1hr (or so)
Always thought this would make the perfect iPad wallpaper.
It's based on the version seen in the The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie. (Kudos to whoever designed that prop!) But since there is very little reference material for that film, I had to pretty much eyeball the whole thing, as well as make all the letters from scratch, since the font doesn't exist.

True iPads aren't. But iPad wallpapers are always square, so they can display horizontally and vertically.
