Rouge and Shadow may be living together in this continuity, but are they sharing a bed, or have separate bedrooms? (Sorry if this is a stupid question to ask.)

I haven't actually decided on that particular detail of them living together... It really could go either way in my mind... But I have some shorter comics in mind for these two (one that my run as an epilogue to the big Shadouge project I'm working on) and in those scenarios, they share a bed. They're still just ideas at the moment and I'm definitely going to expand on them before long...
But to answer your question at this point: I'd say yes, more or less. They share a bed.

OK. I agree, it could've gone either way, which is why I asked. Rouge was acting around Shadow the way I'd expect a young married couple to act, not just friends or co-workers sharing the same living space.
This also means that Shadow has probably heard Rouge fart in bed (and vice versa). But if Rouge is wearing that kind of silky nightgown to bed, and they're sharing a bed, they're probably comfortable enough around each other not to care.

I think Shadow may have suggested that earlier and gotten shut down. Might explain why he's so grumpy. And then for Rouge to suggest going out for pizza at 3am...... I don't think she's aware of Shadow's sexual frustration.

Sometimes insomnia leads to late-night snacking. And besides, when you crave pizza, YOU GOTTA HAVE IT!!!
And yeah Rouge is wearing her nightgown. You'd think she'd be a little more conservative with her nighttime attire now that she and Shadow are living together again, but Shadow's so used to her antics now, he's not even surprised anymore. Annoyed? Maybe, but never surprised.

Yeah, Rouge puts Shadow through a lot. He deserves to watch a little late night tv, but he'd do anything for Rouge. Even treat her to pizza at 3 am. That's commitment if I ever saw it.
