Wow, you have an amazing gallery, wonderful work. I had no idea which one to comment on, but this one caught my eye above the others. Great concept. It would certainly stink for me if plants felt and all, sort of kills the whole reason I'm a vegetarian and all.

i love the concept you're proposing with this shot. the way you've added "blood" really enhances that. my favorite thing though, is the set up. the two bananas seems lifelike because of the concept, and therefore they seem to almost be clinging to each other, afraid of the pain. and the knife is positioned in such a way that it gives the shot a great feeling of anticipation...you're just waiting for the knife to go all the way through. very interesting shot - original, indeed.

Very cool shot- this stood out to me among your page... I love the tones and composition of the actual piece. The idea is pretty cool too, very original and fresh! Well done all around!

I love the lines and the color in this. To me the descending lines of the knife and the two bananas create visual movement like falling, which emphasizes the feeling of the knife cutting into the bananas. Haha, but I see movement in almost every photograph I look at; that's what I love so much about art. I think a good artist knows how to make a still life that isn't in the least bit still.
It's oddly emotional for the subject. Even without reading your description it brings to mind vulnerability, like the two bananas are huddling together and a knife is cutting human flesh.
And what to say about the color except that I like it? Dark but still vibrant.
