IN CASE you guys picked up on one of the freshly-hatched Easter Eggs I laid on mah Don't Starve comic, I'VE DECIDED TO JUST RANDOMLY LEAK ONE OF THEM (:
BECAUSE TRIANGLES

This here is a character I've been working on, since I love this game soooo much, I am a bloody fanatic that CLEARLY was in dire need of a fan character. An OFFICIAL Don't Starve fan character, and not just that sad excuse of OC insertion *glares at Astrid, but pats her face in a somewhat-okay manner*

Foxtopus is one of the Giants, not a playable character. Although he is the largest and scariest of all the Giants, he is rarely seen. This is probably due to the fact that he dwells in the ocean, which, for the most part, goes completely untouched during gameplay. However, he can sometimes be seen poking his head out to snatch Pengulls and eat them up when they arise during Winter.

Foxtopus's actual name is Otto. (suggested by 24-7Anxiety , who fought valiantly in the Dragon War. rest in GOD DAMB PIECES you lovenugget )--AHEM AHEM I mean, ANYWAY Otto's MOD level would heavily revolve around a landscape made up of smaller islands that can only be crossed with a raft. This would make the player(s) have to build some to drift across the waters to the next spot of land, and as the water stretches out deeper and longer, here is a higher chance of alerting Otto, who would then give chase and force you to avoid his tentacles as you drift to shore (unless you're into that. Then by all means don't avoid them )

A character such as Astrid would have a flight ability that allows you to simply glide across the water to the next spot of land. However, say if someone is playing as Astrid and someone is a human character like Wilson. Astrid has the ability to carry another character across the land--but one at a time. So if there are multiple people playing and only one playing as Astrid, they'd have to make several trips back and forth the dangerous waters to carry the other players across, one by one.

When Foxtopus gets you, he simply grabs you with his tentacles and eats you and you're dead, kinda dead.

AAAAND there. That was just a little rant/ramble of a Don't Starve MOD idea I have. I wish I was good at computer programming, because I'd make this a THING if I could >D But for now, just a daydream~ Hope you enjoy!
