korean series, here in my country are called that. Though they also air spanish series but it's just plain telenovela.
sometimes when I watch koreanovelas, I put the tv on mute and my friends and I will do the dubbing with hillarious stuff. Have you tried it? It's so funny we could hardly breathe.
