my design inspiration died this week, so quick one-off character!! i love the concept i made ngl, but i'm not particularly attached

PP > points, (e.g. you could beat a 200 offer with a $2 offer)
SB : $1 or 100
MI : $1 or 100
AB : n/a
if the bid is >= $20 i will do an extra simple animated bust of the character [REACHED]
if the bid is >= $30 i will do ^^ and two extra outfits for the character (on base)

1. CLOSED DEADLY-DISASTER
Star Shot : This quirk causes everything the user throws to burn up like meteors in the mesosphere. Higher velocity causes the object to burn up faster.
The characters on his shirt are : 流星 (Meteor//falling star). This could also be his hero name
Hero costume is baseball inspired. It's not clear, but he's wearing a baseball glove.
Uses a baseball bat to launch the objects further.
Super vaguely inspired by starfire (TT) and whatever energy butterfly soup gave me

Reply to the highest bidder
Payment is due 24 hours after confirmation. If the amount is not paid by then, the adopt will go to the next highest bidder.
