can you lift your arm up normally, or does the shoulder plate get in the way? (i've always had trouble with that part when wearing automail i've made). and are you having trouble with the weight of it at all, and if so, how are you compensating? i ask because my automail always wants to slip down on my arm when i'm wearing it, falling towards the wrist joint.

Well... As I could see, when wore it, she can lift it properly, and move it normally.. ^^ But we were extremely carefullwith it, because the pieces wasn't fastened to the black fabric. Only held together by tape.. :3
And the weight isn't any trouble, the materials we used (craft foam and silver vinyl fabric) are very light.
The slipping down problem could be fixed with some Velcro on the black fabric and on the automail pieces.. That's how we do it. And the shoulder-plate thingie is fastened with tape on the skin, and velcro to the breast binder (the white top) is wearing.

Well... We studied 2 Ed figures and a lot of pictures, and then we made it from Craft foam/ Foam craft, which we glued some silver/metallic latex fabric on.. The parts are stuck together with glue, buttons and Velcro. :3
