Beautiful "winter wondeland" drawing, it looks amazing, and it's giving a nice and warm feeling despite the scenery. And this dragon is beautiful, love the fluffy body and the feathered wings, a dragon very fitting for a place like this.
The running pose gives the drawing a nice touch of action. You've shown us again how good you are at making backgrounds, I can't stop looking at those trees and clouds.
