Awww the old version was adorable, and the redraw is so cool!!! I love the perspective, it really looks like they're running very fast towards the viewer. Both of them look incredible and beautiful and I love those vivid and dynamic poses, same with their happy expression, they're so wonderful, well, the whole drawing is. And I see a lot of details, plus, I like the thick lines used.
Also, I like how bright the colors are, it's so nice, like the background.

THANKS MAN. We got a crap ton of summer rain here too which is super rare for this time of year!! It's mostly hot and dry now though, it's actually starting to feel like summer. Tbh it's only been this way for a couple weeks now tho and I'm already over it lmao. Haha yeah our Summers can get pretty damn hot (I think like over 100 fahrenheit? it's on average in the 40s Celsius in good ol Australia haha, can get up to the 50s in dessert areas)
I can defs see why, weather over here is just fucked tbh, in winter it's cold af, summer is hot af, autumn and spring are a mix of both, like they share the same week xD
