I love the entanglement of her fingers. It symbolizes herself as being trapped (or caught) in her own fears. Well, It symbolizes that for me anyhow.

Very interesting. I like how the lips stand out, parted like she's crying out in pain or anguish, very emotive. I get the sense of the old saying 'the tangled webs we weave,' as if her carefully crafted life has come apart just as it was about to be perfect.
