The last of my Isshu starter series, Pokabu! I believe the games launched yesterday in Japan, since they're a day ahead of us...so I guess I'm a tad late by their time
I don't really care as much for this guy as I do the other two...I think it's the evolutions that really do it for me, although I never seem to like the fire types as much as the other two anyway...maybe it's because I'm such a die-hard Grass-type fan
And apparently, my Japanese White version just shipped out today! Can't wait for it to get here!!

I love Pokabu, but I have to agree, I'm not a fan of it's evo. In the game I stayed with Pokabu without evolving but I just sucked lolXD. So at the end I choose grass over fire and water. Great pic

just looking at the first form, I was tied between fire and grass... I usually go with grass, but I really like the idea of having a pig that can cook itself XD emergency rations!
looking at their final forms, though, I think I gotta go with grass.

It's the only starters with 2 types for this version.
I was hoping the water starter would get an awesome evo.. ends up it exactly like marshtomp and swampert.

Eh, I thought the same thing at first...I kinda like him now, though!
And as for Pokabu's type combo...bleh. Been there, done that. He had so much potential too.
