Not bad, there is obviously room for improvement, but not bad at all.
The color choice for the fangs is good but it needs some definition, a bit of darkness near the lips and some shine on the outside. (Teeth are normally shiny and wet)
The nose needs some work, try being more subtle and using a softer brush, that will lessen the harshness around the sides and top, and maybe try using a brush at a lower opacity and do multiple passes that will give it a layered effect.
The overall shape of the fangs and nose are good though! Keep practicing ^^

This is the first manip I have done in almost 4 years so am a bit rusty. I used to be alot better. This was a very quick one (about an hours work) just to get back into it again
