Immortal and mighty Titaness of the oceans. Ceto commands the power of all earths waters. The mighty sea goddess is in a class of power few can reach and is considered one of earths most powerful heroes. Able to stand with the likes of Victoryman and Herakles.

Bullet proof and with godly strength, she is able to form her armor from gold particles and alter sea waters properties, making it freeze, acidic or even explosive.

At times her arrogance has gotten the better of her. Infamously and embarrassingly, she was once trapped by Hijinks, a mere mortal using trickery and subterfuge. The trap only worked because she refused to take her opponent seriously, and she became temporarily trapped in an artificial oil spill he caused...She has never forgiven the trickster.
