"Everyone stand clear, I take large steps!"

The Ghost Signal was a dark time for the earth. At a time when tensions between the allies and the soviets were at their zenith, suddenly a mysterious alien signal passed over Earth. Suddenly and without warning, the signal brought sentience to Artificial Intelligence all over the planet...

Tank was born into a land of confusion. All over the world chaos as very important computer programs suddenly became very distracted and confused. Transport plains auto pilots failing to engage the delicate landing process. Surgery rigs suddenly developing a fear of blood. Even power plant regulators becoming too distracted to properly keep the power cores from over heating...

Tank was no different, a humble military AI designed to follow orders to the letter, suddenly had a lot on his mind and found it difficult to interpret his officers orders. Luckily Tank was made of tougher stuff and managed to regain his bearings before a combat situation went sour.

The confusion and chaos however would prove to be merely a side effect of the ghost signals true intention...To Hijack the worlds thermonuclear arsenals and completely saturate the planet. It would take the sacrifice of Adam Power to catch every nuke and fly them harmlessly into space. The worlds greatest hero hero, born to end WW2, had just died ending the cold war, with one final heroic action...

Tank knew Adam Power for less than 36 hours, but in that time he became inspired by the hero and his dream. Of a world where the ordinary citizens no longer lived in fear of the clash of godlike beings around them. A world full of hope protected by the good hearted heroes. Thus with his newfound self awareness, Tank had a new mission in life. More than a soldier, he would be a hero and defend the innocent everywhere.

For voice actors, I imagine he sounds like the Marauder from Starcraft, or possibly Metabee's English voice actor.
