Description
Although I orignially created this figure to be a human Tails, slowly a new character has been developing, a mix between Matt Cruse from Airborn, Tails, and a concoction of my own. I'm considering calling him Ciel. As of now, he's still heavily based on Tails, but I want to change some facets of his personality that don't conincide with Tails's. He's be sort of a apprentice mechanic, but with a traumatic memory of air warships. Still a jumble in my head, trying to sort it out into something thats not cliche but not completely unreasonable as well.
