Description
It was nearly 2 days since Zira left her pride. She knew she can no longer stay there. If someone knew that the cubs she was carrying in her had another father than the one she already gave birth to... Her situation would be bad. And it would be even worse for the cubs.

A little scruffy, dark cub was trotting after his mother, desperately trying to catch up with her. His paws were aching from almost 5 hours long constant walking. He had enough of this journey.

"Mom, can we stop please?" he begged.

Zira didn't even bother to reply anything.

"... Where do we really go?..." he had enough of this. He was tired, sore and hungry. If he at lest knew where they were heading to... It would be much easier to handle. Because it would mean that they're not wandering aimlessly. That their journey has its goal.

"You'll see it soon." Zira finally grumbled, not turning around to look at her son. "Be a little more patient, Nuka."

But Nuka's patience was already expiring. But he didn't say anything.

After some more time they reached to some wasteland. The ground was drained and cracked, and there were no plants, not mentioning any animals. Zira stood there. Nuka couldn't believe it. They did go all the way there?

Zira looked around. This was his kingdom?... She recognized the Pride Rock, but all this land certainly didn't looked like this in her memories.

Suddenly she heard some sniggering and laughter mixed with low growls and roars. Moreover.... all this land was soaked through with scent of hyenas mixed with lions' scent. The same went for the sounds, that were coming closer and closer to Zira and Nuka.

Then she saw them. Three lionesses and about seven hyenas were aprroaching them. Nuka also saw them, and immediately rushed to his mother, seeking safety.

Zira instinctively lowered on her paws, grabbed Nuka closer to her, showed her claws and growled at her opponents. They were now going in circles around strange pregnant lioness and her cub.

One of the lionesses, the one with green eyes, snarled louder and asked:

"Who are you? And what are you doing in our land?"

Zira didn't know what to say. She wasn't prepared for such a situation. But she managed to growl back:

"Is Scar your king?"

At these words, lionesses began to murmur something.

"... yes, he is." replied the darker lioness with red eyes and dark ear rims somewhat in voice full of regret. "What do you want from him?"

"What's happening here?" some masculine voice came from behind.

A reddish male lion with black mane and a scar on his left eye approached. He looked at whole scene and then at Zira, whose eyes lit up at his sight.

"Ah, so you came in the end." Scar said nonchalantly.

"Yes." Zira said. "I hope you didn't forget your promise, do you?"

Scar smiled slightly. "No, of course I remember it." he looked at his subbordinates. "Leave them. They are now members of our pride."

Lionesses looked at him, dumbfounded, but let Zira and Nuka go, yet still looking at them suspiciously. Soon, the group headed towards the Pride Rock in silence.

It all happens after Sarafina leaves the pride with Mheetu.

And the yellow lioness with greyish blue eyes is Sabini.I thought she might be a part of Mufasa's/ Scar's/ Simba's pride.

And it's probably one of a very few times when Zira shows Nuka some love.
(I love how he came out here, btw *__*)
