As far as I know ISO doesnΒ΄t affect color tone of the image. And yes, there was some postprocess in PS..

ISO will effect color tonality in most cameras, but only if you use ISO 1600+ depending on model, make, etc. Some cameras will show tonality shifts at ISOs as low as 800.

Great shot, the sky is soo smooth and perfect. The foreground however, seems either a bit underexposed, or it might even be posterized a bit. I'm not sure if you actually did and post processing work on it.. Very awesome shot however
