Simplicity is key! This photograph is a brilliant macro shot. Although a little Cliche with the water drop, the yellow flower brings in its own uniqueness! The colours are crisp and clean, bright and soft at the same time. A tranquil feeling chills my bones with the calming and soothing aspect of the water droplet.
Some photographs they zoom in on the entire water droplet leaving the viewer disappointed, wanting to see more. This artist as specifically shown the flower petals as well as the water droplet. The idea of having a quarter of the photograph blurred is brilliant. It keeps the viewers eyes entirely on the petals and the water.
