This is a very nice piece for surreal piece. I think you've done this very neatly, especially those background colours behind the thinker.
I just think the head is kind of missing the body, or at least shoulders. Facial structure - especially nose and lips - are not appealing to me, but it's just my opinion, to be honest.

Just imagine how we used to think before we had language. We probably thought entirely in a visual way, like animals do.But thought does serve a biological function. Our ability to think using language and words makes it seem much more complicated than it really is. But then again who knows whats really going on?
