It's not a copy. More like referencing something to draw it in your own style.
If you look at them, yes, they are similar, but also vastly different.

I would ask that you not insinuate such things.
Have you ever referenced something in order to draw it? If you reference it closely enough (yes, even in the same style), it looks to be a copy, which this is not. The strokes aren't even similar and the framing is also vastly different.
