Yikes yikes yikes hrrrrrgh.
I was thinking "30 days of Night" before I read the title. Those predator eyes, spaced wide apart, not to mention the teeth... I remember that movie as one that finally made vampires seriously scary again, after decades of being more a Byronic bad-guy with tons of sex appeal. You certainly captured the "scary" part!
There's something in the posture - like he just turned towards the viewer and will attack any moment. Nice work!

I wonder how you do such picture, is it entirely 3D ? no picture for the shirt ? and the hair are also "above real" for a 3D ^^
