One of the characters from a theoretical comic. I doubt the comic will ever get much past the theory stage of it's development.This is Dave, he is a loser.

No, I was actually hoping to move to Seattle when I drew this though. I'm actually based slightly outside of Boston at the moment.

He looks like he'd be a badass, but he's not. I wanted to take some ridiculous gothy powers that government assassins or mafia hitmen usually end up with in comics and give them to a relatively normal guy.
... I still need to draw a decent picture of him in human form.

That was one of the things I was taking from for his design. That and some of the monsters from the Darkness video game. He started off as a spoof of the dark superheros.

I just love the details in this image! All of his angular spines makes him look so urban, in a sense. I love the cityscape in the background, too.

No, I live in Sarasota. But Seattle was one of the places I've been considering moving to. It seems like a really cool city.

Thanks! He's about six to eight feet high at the shoulder. He's a big monster but not huge.

fantastic design on this creature, i especially love the twirly tail and the bright coloured eyes. The pose also makes him look very majestic, but still deadly
the background looks good too, don't see many of those purplish-orange colour schemes...(but maybe i just don't look hard enough

Basically he's based off of the superheros with the dark powers from hell, but they're always like ex-hitmen, badass cops, etc... He used to be a highschool english teacher. He's kind of cowardly and soft spoken and not cut out for being a hero.
I need to finish a drawing of him more human form. He's some kind of bogeyman thing.

Oh! Yeah She did draw him. She won a contest I'd entered and ended up drawing things for some of the people that didn't win prizes, myself included. It was really cool of her.
