Wait, just looked back at your other Mi-Go pictures and found that most of them have three arms. But not in the picture with the flask. I haven't read any stories with these guys in them yet, so I don't know whether that was intentional.

The ones I've been drawing are supposed to have four arms... but I'm lazy and usually leave one of the back ones off rather than figure out how to pose it so it can have all four arms without having a more confusing silhouette.

To be honest the most I've read about the mi-go has been from descriptions in the Call of Cthulhu RPG.
