It has literally taken me several moments to compose myself after seeing your work. And this piece particularly, you have such a amazing command of symmetry in these places, then by placing yourself there, it breaks theΒ symmetryΒ and literally adds in the human element to this other wise cold seeming structure. Your tonal control is phenomenal. The highlights are just rights and the blacks are only in a select few places leaving everything in between spanning this amazing range so splendidly that you can see the grain in the wood of the dark walls. The feeling it leaves is truly up to the viewer. I can see it as ether apocalyptic, someone at their last bastion of hope. Or, someone who has found a quiet place of enlightenment.Β
