I just wanted to try a style different from my usual - and I'm not quite satisfied with it because it looks far more artificial than it is... I only changed the background and the colours/ the light tone to a colfer shade. maybe the artificial look is due to the heavy light relexion on the patent leather. hmmm.I'm always happy to get some advice ^^ so tell me what you think about it ^^

Umm . . . *ahem*. . . Sorry, I got a bit distracted there. 
I'll break this down into two pieces. The first being about you. Honestly, what more can I say about you that your eternal shining beauty does not already speak. From your pose to your facial expressions, dowe to the way the patent leather becomes just an extention of yourself. I really must say, this photo entrigued me in so many ways.
Now for the edit, it does come off a bit unnatural, but it's not in anyway bad. It's mostly the areas around yoru head and the bottom of the left column. But beyond that, I think the lighting is excellent and is all blends in together quite nicely. You did a terrific job on this one. Well done.

like u mentioned in the description, i'd have to say the leather stands out from the rest of the pic n makes it look a liitle more unrealistic

The elements individually are great choices, and yes......it you were going for a natural feel, the lighting needs a little work. I suggest some shadowing work on the hands, more natural light feel on the figure...........and if you notice the column............the natural light source is coming from the right, yet on the figure the lighting is coming from the left......that is probably what is helping to create the artificial fee.............but a great idea, nonetheless

I've always found the most invaluable tool I ever invested in is a circular polarizer. It would reduce if not eliminate the one thing that spoils this otherwise impeccable piece, namely, glare from the PVC dress. As cool as reflections look in live action, I feel that they look better when reduced and the material is given a matte look in frame.
