In the time records, her kind is named as, "Dimension Dog." A "dog" that can go to alternate dimension through portals! Very few exist due to the demand for their soul cores, which can be used to power machines or those who have the power to wield it to create their own portals / teleport.

Spooks although has no organs (info on ref), she forms lungs to ensure her friends that she's alive with the comfort of seeing her chest rising and falling

Lastly, she is big as a Clydesdale (therefore all of her friends are smoll to her)
