I've never understood the ChuckiexAngelica thing. I just don't get it, or how that fandom pairing started.
As for the other pairings I never watched enough episodes of Power Pack or Jackie Chan Adventures to comment much on them. b:

Think of it as similar to Helga and Arnold, minus the stalker shrine. Both girls are pig-tailed blond bullies raised by ineffective parenting who are tsundere to those whom they're friends with (respectively the PS118 4th grade and the "dumb babies"). Like Arnold giving out advice, Chuckie is the voice of reason who tells when a misadventure "isn't such a good idea" and also like Arnold, Chuckie is the quiet nice guy who tries to see the good in everyone. Just as Helga is the breakthrough character on Hey Arnold (even Craig admits that she's his favorite), Angelica is the main female on Rugrats (Lil is just sort of "there" and Susie only serves as Angelica's rival/best friend and Susie even reverted back to background status once Angelica was toned down), as her own Totally Angelica merchandise line indicates.

Drawing in photoshop is definitely harder than people make it out to be. I usually scan in my lineart and even then it's hard to draw when I'm just tracing my own designs.

Agreed. i dont have a scanner anymore and i find it hard to trace that stuff anyway(it doesnt make it the right size)

Well, if you are going to trace over the picture you scanned in then you could always resize it, because it doesn't matter if the original picture looks bad because there's going to be lines over top of it..... Did that make sense?
