   I couldn't help myself, but I had to. I ran and ran, but something was wrong. They were fading away. They weren't even running, yet they were moving, moving away from me. What was the meaning of this? Then, in a quick second, they were gone. My parents, my brother and sister, gone. I was alone.

   I stared up into what I thought was the black sky, with no stars up there to shine. I kept walking, who knows what direction, but I walked to my unknown destination. I stopped, I knew this was hopeless, but something kept moving me forward.

   Maybe I was hungry? Hungry for blood? I looked around, and it was the same as 5 seconds ago, I was the only one here in this dark place. I got up and kept walking, then a light appeared out of no where. I thought it was strange at first, but hey, anything is possible when you're in some strange creepy place.

   I ran and stopped. It wasn't any normal light at all, I looked down and saw. My family were in a whole other world, they were shopping at a market like any normal family.

   Wait what? A market? Normal Family? Us vampires at a food market? What's going on? We had tons of food back home, why do we even need to go shop for food? This was scaring me. But they looked happy, like any normal family. Yet, I noticed I wasn't even in the picture. I didn't like where this was headed to. I turned away, putting my face in my arms, just sat on the floor, crying.

   Then, there was this strange sound. I wasn't sure if I heard something, but I looked up. Oh how I was so happy! It was my brother, Robin. He was only 7 1/2 but he was so smart and funny! He always made me laugh. I was crying again. Was this tears of happiness, or of lost pain? Robin had been missing for months. I ran to him, but he wasn't fading away at all, maybe, this was the real Robin? I did notice he was moving away. Then, out of nowhere, thunder came and shocked him.

   "Ahhhhh! Help me Raiyla! Help me!" and that was the last thing he said.

   It really was him, and I couldn't help him at all. I was just standing there, like a wimp. And to think I was his older sister.

   All of a sudden lightning shocked me, there wasn't even pain at all. I wasn't hurt, I was ok. For some odd reason, it refreshed me, gave me more energy. And I felt happy again.

   "Ahhhhh!" That was just a nightmare. Thank God. I looked at the picture frame besides my bed on my table and looked at it. It was Robin and me. I wasn't sure, but I thought I saw him blink. Maybe he was ok, and maybe I was too.
