Those are not bones you are seeing. Were it another setting Iโd say it was venetian blinds,
but here, it is something else casting shadows there and to our left - same as there is a
bright highlight on her hair drop, same location, but on the right.

A person should be allowed to be in such a shape that computer editing shouldn't be required.
If the person wants to be skinny, so, she shouldn't be edited, there is nothing wrong in there.
I think that's why it wasn't edited.
