Me too. I belive the body/leg ratio is off but I can be mistaken. The skin is way too smooth and somehow looks like plastic or a 3D model. The artificial gaussian blur also makes it look strange.
Well, I don't want to make hard feelings here, everyone as he likes, but it's totally not to my liking.
I very very rarely make negative comments but that doesn't look like a photograph anymore Oo .
But as I said, everyone to his liking - I'm not a photoshop-rejecter. ^^

That's just way too skinny. It's definitely been photoshopped right around her waist. The photo in its entirety looks good, but the skinny-ness of her waist distracts--for me--from the overall picture.

Why not? Art can be anything the artist deems it to be. Duchamp has the classic example (among many others) of The Fountain where he took a urinal, wrote "r.mutt" on it and displayed it in 1917 at the Society of Independent Artists's show. You may not personally believe it's art, but that's no reason to go around telling others that it can't be!
Beautiful shot though. It's a glamour shot and I think the background looks just fine and is nicely composed! The model is gorgeous and posed well
