if it's the one stamped on the CPU itself, there is already a replacement in the PSD file ..
that's why you get a PSD, you get to change things the way you want

Based on the Intel core i5 3570K [there are layers in the PSD that make it look like one instead of that big intel logo]
but it's the same design for all Sandy/Ivy bridge CPUs as well
