Well, in garry's mod there's only two delphox models. a shiny and a normal delphox. so rockxi only exists in drawings, i guess. unless someone do a 3D model for her

Depends of wich form we are talking about. because rockxi have more than only her delphox form (or self). she can turn into whoever or whatever she wants to be. because she's obviously a goddess as i have said.
