Personality : Carter is far from the friendliest guy around. Instead of sugar coating the truth and sprinkling in tiny bits of reality he is more keen on bluntly telling another what he thinks of them, whether it be good or bad news. While words may hurt your soul, Carter is far from a mon who will inflict pain on another. For those with a high sense of intuition, they can easily sense a protective aura from Carter. Perhaps it’s due to his canine origins, or something else entirely? Likewise, Carter has a keen mastery over his own sense of intuition, able to quickly sense the build up of tension in a room, the subtle movements of one’s body language, and even pick up the ticks that another will give off whenever they lie. To those that disrupt the peace Carter will take it upon himself to put them back in their place, be it with intimidation, or a physical act. He is quite knowledgeable in police procedure, not looking to kill, but instead to incapacitate another.

Str || 7/10 - Carter is capable of throwing a good punch or two, and can move heavy items around, albeit slowly. While unable to hold such items for long, he can at least barricade doors or pull himself up over fences.

  Dex || 8/10 - Carter is fast on his feet due to his need to pursuit fleeing criminals. He is also quick to act, such as getting behind a corner to avoid gunfire.

  Con || 7/10 - Carter can continue with strenuous physical activities for far longer than other pokemon. He can tail a criminal for a good while, sometimes even overtaking them. He is capable of swimming for long periods, and can hold his breath thanks to his training.

  Int|| 3/10 - Carter is smart enough to know how to perform proper police procedure... and that's it. Try to talk to him about science or computer engineering and the entire discussion will go over his head.

  Wis || 7+2/10 - Despite his lack of book smarts, Carter's true intellect is in knowing when something is going to go down. Perhaps someone flicks their hand toward their weapon? Another tenses up? Maybe there is just a general vibe in the air? Carter can feel it all, and knows when to prepare himself for a confrontation.

  Cha || 1/10 - He's a horrible person to talk to, let's face it. If you were about to jump off a bridge, Carter would be the worst cop in the world to bring in to talk you down. He's blunt, can be aggravating, and lays his opinions down whenever he likes.

  San || 3/10 - Something happened here... something he can't remember. But Carter just might feel a need to draw a weapon on someone for more petty violations of the law.

Ability : Unnerve

Current Items : Baton : A simple weapon used by law enforcement personal. Made entirely of hardened plastic, this baton is capable of extending to full length with the press of a button. With the proper technique along the legs or arms, a foe can be temporarily stunned.
Cell phone : Capable of communicating with others while on the go. Has no phone numbers as of now...
Taser :  An electrical based weapon that sends several volts of power into a target's body, stunning them for a few seconds. It has spring loaded pincers that will embed into a target's flesh. Has no effect on electrical types apart from giving them a power boost. Has to recharge after a few uses.
Combat Knife : A powerful knife that can be used to attack others, as well as for various utility purposes. For example, cutting a seatbelt open.
Pepper Spray : Sprays out a stinging solution that can temporarily blind another, as well as choke up their air passages. Has no effect on fire-types.
Flashlight : Used to see in the dark, and potentially blind his foes.
Handcuffs (2 pairs) : Restrains a foe. Limited quantity.
9mm (Pistol) : A fully loaded weapon that can deal greater damage to targets. Typically used in emergency situations
Windowpunch : A simple weapon that can easily punch through a window, allowing it to be shattered more easily.

Moveset : Frustration - Carter takes his anger out on his foes, using a series of punches to force them to the ground.
Fire Fang - Carter's mouth fills with intense flames as he lunges forward and tries to sink his teeth into any body part he can.
Leer - Carter glares at another, his eyes turning bloodshot red to make them cower.
Roar - Carter lets out a loud roar that reverberates around the area to make his enemies run away.
Dark Pulse - Carter conjures up a shadowy ball and tosses it at his foe.
Throat Chop - Carter straight punches someone in the throat. You won't be able to speak, or use voice related moves, for a while.
Pursuit - Carter rushes at a fleeing opponent, gaining a significant speed boost and hitting them for some minor damage.
Flamethrower - Carter unleashes a powerful flame breath at his opponent.
Flame Charge - Carter rushes at an opponent while he lights himself on fire, increasing his speed as well.
Will - O - Wisp - Carter throws out mythical balls of ghostly fire that can burn his opponent.
Dark Void - Carter throws out a pulse of darkness that quickly expands in an area. Anyone caught in the radius falls into a nightmare state.


Magic : Taunt - Carter uses a good old verbal cussing to force another's attention on him.
Quash - Carter berates the target, letting its worthlessness be known. As a result, Carter will always get his action in before theirs.
Embargo - Carter quickly moves his hand or baton to smack an item out of an opponent's hand. Typically the foe has to search around to find the item and use it again.
