I've just answered that question for groundhog22 and here's what I wrote:
The models were made with www.tinkercad.com/ , which were then imported to, and animated with clara.io/ . Colour enhancements and effects were added to each frame manually using apps.pixlr.com/editor/ and apps.pixlr.com/express/ . Finally, the gif was made using gifmaker.me/ and then further optimized to reduce the file size with ezgif.com/ .
Now if I had used After Effects, I could've saved myself so much time!
